Exotic Plant

We've had a good bit of rain lately and the hosta in the back yard is really flourishing. I thought that it was kind of pretty especially the center....a bit of purple.

Mosley's in NM

Our dear friends, Martha & Gary Mosley were in NM last week. We had such a nice visit. We had a picnic at Camp May, the mosquitos were horrible, but we had a great time anyway. After we ate, we drove to the Valle and then home through Bandelier. Lots of fun and breathtaking views. This picture was taken the morning before, they left. As you can see, Olivia was extremly comfortable with Martha. Oh, by the way.....Check out Sophie's "goofie grin".

Nothing's better than sharing a popsicle with your sister at the bus stop!!!
Is your popsicle bigger than mine?

Sisterly love.

Tangles!!!

In case you're wondering what young ladies do to their hair after its washed....check out the picture below.
The picture was taken after Grandpa had untangled for about 10 minutes. Her hair was wound around the comb about twice and somehow it turned in on itself.

Olivia's pie

First you roll it out, then you look at the next entry.

Olivi's Pie

Directions for baking a pie according to Olivia.

Mind you all of this is with absolutely no direction. This was a great activity. It kept her busy for neary an hour. Aunt Sophie told me that 2 yr.olds love play dough. She was right.

1. After the crust is rolled out, you begin to lift ito off the counter top
2. Don't worry if it sticks a little...just work with it

3. Then you put it into the tart pan

4. And lastly fill it with yellow goo
Should I bake the pie?
