Of course I didn't peel it, I didn't even have the "heart" to cut it up. I think I'll just let it rot or maybe I'll try to root it. Will I get more heart potatoes???
Of course if Matt Cannon had been here, he would have peeled it for me and then I wouldn't have to worry about killing it, cause he would have done that for me. Sigh!!
